We believe bread is more than food—it’s a way of bringing people together.

Breaking bread is one of the oldest gestures of community, and we love carrying that tradition forward in our own small corner of the world.
 

We’re Ashlee and Jeremiah—the hands (and hearts) behind every loaf.

 

 

 

 

 

Ashlee

• Is the baker, the dreamer, and the resident sourdough nerd who can happily spend hours geeking out over fermentation science.

• She loves teaching others how to bake for their own families, because bread is better when it’s shared.

Jeremiah?

• He’s the strong arm of the operation—the muscle behind the mixing, hauling, and heavy lifting

• (And the guy who jokes that his main role is doing whatever Ashlee says...and taste-testing every batch.)
   

Every loaf we bake is small-batch, made with organic ingredients when possible, and crafted the old-world way—with patience, intention, and care.

At the moment, we offer weekly pre-orders and you can even spot us at community events, spreading a little comfort (and carbs) wherever we go.
